I am a motivated individual and balance my life with work and interests. I was a physiotherapy teacher for ten years, then a Care Manager, and now am retired. I work for several voluntary agencies namely the Alzheimer’s Disease Society, LALO and Care for Refugees. I enjoy living in the Lake District and love cycling and hiking. I also love the arts, particularly theatre and cultural experiences. I have an optimistic outlook on life...my glass is always half full..
