I enjoy a wide variety of music, Smooth FM plays a lot of my favourite artists, but it is a snapshot of my musical taste.
Relaxation comes by way of yoga, watching TV or spending time with loved ones. I do circuit training (albeit badly) and I like both rural and city walking.
I take life day by day, whilst trying to smell the roses and enjoy the moment - a lot of laughter along the way is a great help.
I like gardening and would love to see more of the world. I live watching tennis and I have been to Wimbledon several times. It would be great to go to see another grand slam.
