About him
I enjoy life and all that it offers me, in many shapes and guises. I believe one should live life to the full and take whatever opportunities it offers, especially now, My family, friends and the colleagues I work with, tell me that I am a good listener and try to see the best in people. I enjoy relaxing with music and a range of books from novels to autobiographies.
People tell me I do not look my age and I try to keep fit with regular exercise, which includes swimming, long walks and the occasional round of golf. Happy to have a paint brush in my hand, whether for the walls or water colours and sketches.Enjoy watching a variety of sport. I love cooking, going to concerts, films, the theatre, sporting events and dining out with friends and family.
Travelling has included summer and New Year locations .Spent nine years teaching in Hungary and that allowed me to visit other Eastern European countries attending and presenting at conferences.Having spent many years teaching Drama and Theatre Arts, I now use some of my drama skills in working in Adult Education as an English Tutor with a range of different nationalities.

I would like to meet someone who enjoys life and looks upon age simply as a number. Someone who is happy to be adventurous with what life offers and at the same time is content with the finer points of life. A lady who is fun to be with, enjoys going out or staying in. Someone who enjoys a variety of music, likes dancing and likes to explore different places of interest.
I believe that in a friendship or relationship, sensitivity and understanding are equal components. These, together with openness, humour, adventure, confidence and the ability to laugh at oneself or minor misfortunes, would be my ideal attributes for friend or partner.
