About him
My friends and family would describe me as an easy going, intelligent guy who loves to paint, chat, read, cook great food and be outdoors.
I learned to cook in Paris - and absolutely love rich French food. Coq au Vin is one of my specialities! To burn it all off I run mainly, but also play tennis, ride and do other sports from time to time.
But outside work, my biggest interest is oil painting from life. I mainly paint people (portraits and figure). People have told me I paint in an 'early modern' style, which I'll take!
I also value highly a lively conversation or debate. It could be about almost anything, so long as it is lively.
I have travelled over much of Europe and as far as NZ and Argentina, and am now in the mood for carefully selected new foreign destinations, especially heading East!

Chemistry can come in many forms.
