Some say I am fun to be with and have a good sense of humour. I have a wide circle of friends who keep me on my toes and happy. I have four children, all of which are at University, I am just a source of embarrassment to them!
I enjoy Classicfm very much, but also have a wide taste in music and arts. I love trips to Bath, London and St Ives to feed this appetite.
Film is a big thing for me and we have a very chic cinema in Totnes. It's being restored as a community project and feels like a fusion of a social hub, jazz club and cinema.
I have a barn conversion in a Devon village near Totnes but also a holiday home in St Ives which I can't wait to visit after the lockdown. I have lots of toys and much to give but noone to share this great lifestyle with.
I love my two spaniels and cover many miles walking them. I also enjoy sailing, skiing, gym and swimming as activities. I am a competitive sportsman with silverware for sailing, swimming and gymnastics. I like to win so keep myself in good shape.
I have travelled extensively. Now the children have left home I would like to travel more. Weekend breaks in Europe with culture and fine dining would be top of the list. A witty and amusing partner would complete the picture. I have a speculative booking for Sicily in October with room for two...anyway it was great value even if it never happens!
