So, in a former profile iteration I'd carefully honed my profile text, but ultimately it was all an exercise in futility because a woman's selection process invariably follows this path...
Is he TALL? (primeval traits linger hard?)

It's like 10,000 spoons, when all you need is a knife...
So, I've been on my own a good while now (my choice), which has given me plenty of time to ponder & nail down what it is I really seek...
I'd really like to meet someone who can help me change a king-size duvet cover. (also, I've always thought those M&S 'Meals for Two' offers are funky ...so having a +1 means I could legitimately rock up to the checkout with one of those).
Re character traits, I've nothing set in stone but someone who is sharp as a tack, with a good heart, warm, witty, easy-going ...someone just nice (& fun) to be with.
I'm typically drawn to those who have taken care of themselves & who lead an active, healthy lifestyle, so please don't be overweight ...this being as much about the mindset as the aesthetic (←great recovery there!). I'd hope her leisure time doesn't solely revolve around Netflix, Facebook etc.
*** Full declaration - I'm 58yrs (not 54) ...when I listed 58yrs, I got whacked with interest from women whose 'demographic' sees them with first priority for a Covid jab ...after a bit of trial/error it seems that 54yrs is the age where I can stealthily fly below their radar ...sue me!
