Hi there! My name is Lois and I have been on and off this dating scene for a few years now. I should be honest in that I haven’t been very committed in finding a partner but I feel the time has come! I miss the pleasure of a companion to go to dinner with, take long walks (I have a small dog called Lily) and visit other countries! I love to eat out, be in the sun and have an adventure. Spending time with friends and family and listening to music is medicine for the soul.
I would describe my life as very fruitful and interesting that led me down a path of psychotherapy 30 years ago. I am still working with a busy schedule of clients 3 days a week. I find my journey of my own healing and by healing others still fascinating and extremely fulfilling work.

I understand that we are older now but from previous experience I feel that some people let their ailments define them. I would like someone who takes care of themselves and is reasonably active. I personally do Pilates twice a week and walk for an hour everyday with my dog which I enjoy.
