I go to the gym but not obsessed, often do country walks. Likes: country , coast and cities, music gigs, Jazz Funk, some rock, jazz and classic, painting, mindfulness, yoga, architecture, woodwork, artisan coffee, chocolate, lots of hobbies.. , walking .
Once told by a doctor I was physically ten years younger.. I'm taking that!
