About him
Hi, - well, that’s another year gone and l’m still single, which for me meant Christmas alone, always tough.
So, l’m looking for someone to put that right.
I can cook pretty well, mostly Italian style dishes or Indian. Occasionally l’ll go vegetarian.
My interests are mainly cultural, the Arts, Theatre, music, - being retired from an art career now, painting and drawing occupiers my day, but not essentially.
I like getting out and meeting people, l have very social instincts, living alone is fine, but it has its limits.
Being able to share every day with someone you like being with is my preferred option.
Divorced, l long while back now, but still hanging in there hoping to find someone for that emotional connection we all need.
You learn from your mistakes, they can be hard lessons, but it’s important to grow from the experience.
Having not been any rush, l’m now seeking, in my flush of older age, to find someone wanting companionship like myself.
I’m good at adapting, the secret being interested in other people, their own pursuits and dreams.
Becoming outside yourself and part of their world.
I’m in serious pursuit now of that one person who will complete my life, not a tall order, since l don’t have any expectations, if that person exists, then that is enough and more than l dare wish for.
So, not here for a pen friend, or an email buddy.
Only looking for the real thing, the commitment that a loving relationship brings and the rewards that go with it.
Had my fill of flings, there’s nothing more shallow, l can honestly say that’s something l’ve never sought.
So, if you seriously want a kind, empathetic man in your life, fill it with daily joy and laughter, be appreciated for who you are and feel assured a loving hug will be there when you need it, then you’ll also know what l’m looking for.
