Independent, friendly, fit and fun, I enjoy going to the theatre, cinema, eating out, a lovely pub or cafe lunch followed by a riverside walk, or vice versa, would be my ideal day out but just happy being out and about. Love nature and all wildlife (birds being my favourite), sunsets and the night sky. Very much enjoying retirement, I play a paddle sport regularly (socially and competitively). I have a keen interest in nutrition science and natural remedies and am constantly learning and being inspired by people's healing journeys. My taste in music is varied, from classical to pop and dance, I especially like tracks that include some orchestral.
