I have an inquisitive mind so enjoy learning about people, places and languages and cultures. I also like to be busy with a garden project or trying my hand at a diy project. I'm going to retire at Christmas time and already planning some getaways and would love to meet someone to escape with. I'm not a sea lion so can't lie on a beach basting all day although I do love the coast as much any where that is beautiful to explore. I've just bought a canoe and a paddle board ready for new adventures and I'm just as happy camping as going for a night at the theatre. I like to watch rugby, MotoGP and occasionally something frivolous but I'd rather be with friends or family. I don't have a pet currently but thinking a dog might be fun when I'm retired and not travelling. I try to eat healthily, no ultra processed foods if I can avoid them. I'm genuinely an old fashioned, one man woman with a big heart which happens to have a vacancy for an honest, thoughtful man preferably local to West Berkshire. We can't get to know each other properly if we are worlds apart.
