hello, my name is Mark
I am a single dad of over 25 years, brought them up on my own, 3 boys, who still live with me. although 2 have just moved out
I have not had a lot of spare time in my life but as my boys have now grown i am able to have my own life.
so who knows

UPDATE.. on the 8th August 2009 I had a stroke,physically I am ok but talking can sometimes be problematic.I am back at work drive my car and ride my bike.they say it will be better so i have to wait.therefore im a good listener _)

14 years now and not much improvemnent in my speech ,hey ho, I am better in the mornings then late at night
